Estrone (E1) 是一種天然的雌激素。Estrone 是內(nèi)源性雌激素的主要代表,由多種組織產(chǎn)生,尤其是脂肪組織。Estrone 是脂肪細(xì)胞中雄烯二酮芳構(gòu)化過程的結(jié)果。
熔點(diǎn):258-260℃
沸點(diǎn):445.2℃ at 760 mmHg
比旋光度:158 o (c=1, dioxane)
外觀:白色結(jié)晶性粉末
溶解性:DMSO : 25 mg/mL (92.47 mM; ultrasonic and warming and heat to 60℃)
H2O : 0.1 mg/mL (0.37 mM; Need ultrasonic)
